Our Project
- All of our factories and warehouses are built with some space between them to give good ventilation and benefits for fire safety.
- Our roads are designed to intersect one another in order to reduce traffic congestion within the area.
- We have security guards operating on their duties for 24 hours, security cameras cover all areas, and concrete walls covering the whole area.
- Our project has a total area of around 20 rais. The area is surrounded by environmental spaces and canals providing good air circulation.
- Our project has a park and planted trees to provide clean atmosphere for workers.
Inside our factory and warehouse
- There is a vent on each sidewall, and another one at the back wall in order for air to ventilate in three directions reducing amount of heat in the buildings.
- Capacity. The floor of each plant can weigh up to 2 tonnes per square metre, and its entrance is high and wide enough to fit 2 Six-wheel trucks simultaneously.
- Inside the factory is divided into factory part and office part as both share the height of a two-storey building. There are restrooms on each office’s floor, and another one at the back of each factory for workers. There is a backup water supply system in case of any emergency shortage.
- Our roof is built with tiles made of metal sheet imported from Australia in order to filter light resulting in decrease of electrical expenses.
